Energy Performance Certificates - Overview

These guides provide help with using DLUHC's Open EPC Data site. To browse all of DLUHC's linked open data, visit opendatacommunities.org.

For the first time, Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and Display Energy Certificate (DEC) data have been made available under the Open Government Licence at epc.opendatacommunities.org. Please check out the site for more details on the licence as there are some exceptions.

DLUHC also offers EPC data via https://www.epcregister.com/.

The Open EPC Data site differs from the EPC Register in the following ways:

• it is (mostly) open data
• there's a richer search interface
• the EPC data can be downloaded in bulk
• there's an API for progammatic access to the data
